Purchasing Process for DENO Waterjet

1. Equipment Confirmation

- Confirm the equipment model and size, optional configurations, and the industrial power voltage specifications at the Customer’s location (China’s standard industrial voltage is 380V, 50HZ, 3PH).

2. Site Layout

- A layout drawing of the equipment placement and necessary information will be provided for installation preparation.

3. Payment Terms

- 30% deposit is paid to start production.   - Once the equipment is completed, DENO will provide photos and videos of the equipment. The customer confirms everything is correct and then pays the remaining 70% balance.   - DENO is responsible for the installation, commissioning, and training after the equipment arrives.

4. Payment Method

- T/T (Telegraphic Transfer).

5. Production Cycle

- The standard equipment production cycle averages 30-40 days. Some specially customized equipment may take 50-60 days.

6. Installation and Commissioning

- DENO can arrange for an engineer to go to the customer’s site for installation and commissioning, lasting 7-10 days.   - The customer bears the costs during this period, including the engineer’s round-trip airfare, visa fees, local accommodation, and meals. Deno will also charge a daily service fee of $200.   - After the installation is complete, the engineer will provide training based on the customer’s actual cutting application, ensuring the customer can operate the equipment, troubleshoot common faults, and replace consumable parts.

7. Warranty

- The standard warranty period is 12 months after installation and no more than 18 months after shipment.   - The warranty covers all major components except consumable parts.   - DENO also offers extended warranty services, providing up to 36 months of extended coverage.

Through this process, DENO Waterjet ensures that customers can purchase, install, and use the equipment smoothly, receiving professional service and support.
